·       Write and maintain a popular blog on living with chronic illness since 2002, with over 100 visitors a day.

·       Write and maintain two book blogs, including book reviews and book-related news, for adults and for books for kids and teens.

Newsletter Editor

§       Wrote, edited, and prepared lay-out of DuPont plant newsletter, distributed to 500 employees, outside customers, and corporate management, for three years.

§       Managed all aspects of 4-color, 20-page quarterly newsletter, including providing photo-ready copy to the printer.

Business Management

§       Authored a wide variety of documents, including business processes, procedures, instructions, and manuals for manufacturing and service companies in my role as business management consultant for 10 years.

§       Authored proposals, marketing materials, brochures, and reports in my role as Director of a professional training and consulting group.

Instructional Design

§       Developed and wrote more than ten professional and technical training courses, using techniques from Adult Learning and Discovery Learning methodologies.

§       Provided instructional design expertise to other training course developers, as part of the management team of a $20 million training and consulting firm.
